FREE Class-6pm- Rotator cuff rehabilitation and shoulder strength. This
is great class to help those struggling with range of motion,
tightness, and weakness in the shoulder. We will reduce your risk of
injury/re-injury while enhancing your function and sports performance.
Whether you need a pick me up in your tennis game or just want more
strength to pick up the groceries or kids; this class can help. This
class will be taught by nationally certified trainer Scott Fushi. Space
is limited.
October 7-FREE Class-6pm- The first Wednesday of October will be a back strengthening and core focus
to help you survive leaf raking and the upcoming snow shoveling season
(ugh). We will demonstrate several easy to use exercises that can be
done here at Midtown, at home or on the road. The class will modify
exercises to meet the back needs of each member present so you will
definitely get the workout you are looking for here.
November 4-FREE Class-6pm- The first Wednesday of November will be a weight management through weight
training format. We can help show you how to not only manage your
weight but add tone and definition as well. The class goal is to
provide information on how resistance training is so beneficial to
everybody (yes you ladies need it too,...maybe even more so to help
fight osteoporosis)! Manage your weight, look great and improve your

We will hold a specialty spin class on Thanksgiving morning from
8-10am. Price is 6.00 for members and 10.00 for nonmembers. Amy

session will increase strength and flexibility to your shoulder and upper body,
including the very important rotator cuff muscles. If you are recovering from an injury, surgery or would just like
minimize risk of injury let us help you “shoulder the load”!
